JEERA WHOLE (COMINHO WHOLE)

These small oval seeds are known as cumin or jeera. Cumin Seeds have a strong flavour and aroma typical of many Indian dishes as it is a key ingredient in garam masala and curry powder mixes. It can be found as black cumin [Shahi Jeera] or these white cumin seeds.
